How the tier is chosen
The tier is computed from the validated document, never from how much you used the assistant:
- The editor shows the current tier and price at all times, before you sign in.
- A quote is fixed for 60 minutes from preflight; after that the design is re-validated and re-priced.

Re-downloads and retention
- Re-download the same purchased revision from your orders page at no cost, on any device.
- Stored packages are kept for 365 days; after that they are rebuilt from the same revision and generator version on request.
- A new revision of a purchased design gets its own quote; your original files are untouched.
Refunds
Failed generation after payment → review and full refund or corrected package. Change of mind after download → not refundable (digital content delivered immediately), unless consumer law says otherwise. Full details in the refund policy.
No subscription, no lock-in
Files are standard SVG, DXF and PDF with plain layer names. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that stops working if you never come back.
Pricing questions
When exactly am I charged?
Only after you review the validated preview, the included files and the price, click through to Stripe Checkout and complete payment. The export job starts when Stripe's verified webhook confirms the payment — the redirect alone is never treated as proof.
Why two tiers?
Larger designs cost more to generate, validate and support. The rule is mechanical: a package is Basic when it has at most 6 unique parts, 12 parts in total and fits one sheet; otherwise it is Advanced. AI usage never affects the tier.
Are taxes included?
Prices are shown before tax. Applicable tax is calculated and displayed by Stripe Checkout according to the merchant configuration before you confirm.
What if I change my design after buying?
Your purchased version stays downloadable. A changed design is a new revision; downloading files for it is a new purchase. Corrections needed because of a defect on our side are issued free.
Credit bundles?
Not at launch. We may add bundles once per-export purchases prove the service is useful; nothing will require a subscription.
