Refund Policy
When you can get a refund, and how re-downloads work.

Before you pay
Your files are checked before checkout opens, so you are never charged for a design that cannot be produced.
Refunds
- If your files cannot be delivered, or you were charged twice, you get a full refund.
- If a file does not match the preview you approved, we fix it or refund you.
- Because files are delivered immediately, we cannot refund a change of mind after download, unless the law requires it.
Re-downloads
Your purchased files stay available on your orders page at no extra cost.
How to ask
Contact support with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
