Terms of Service

1. The service

DIYCutLab lets you customize designs and buy the matching cutting files. Previews are free; files are one-time digital purchases.

2. Accounts

• You can design without an account. Guest designs are kept for a limited time.
• An account is needed to buy and download files. Keep your sign-in secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Purchases and delivery

• Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is handled securely by Stripe, and any taxes are shown at checkout.
• Files are delivered right after payment. By asking for immediate delivery you agree that the withdrawal period for digital content ends once delivery starts. Our refund policy still applies.

4. Your content

Files you upload stay yours. We only use them to provide the service. Only upload content you have the right to use.

5. Using your files

Purchased files may be used to make physical items for personal or commercial use. They may not be resold or shared. See file licenses.

6. Your responsibility

We check that every file is complete and fits together, but we cannot know your machine, settings or materials. Always make a test cut. You are responsible for safe use of what you make.

7. Fair use

Do not misuse the service, access other people's data, or upload harmful or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
