The assistant only proposes things the studio can actually build and the engine can check. When it cannot, the panel shows Not possible here or Not supported with an explanation instead of a fake result.
Outside what DIYCutLab makes
- 3D objects — sculptures, figurines, curved or moulded shapes. DIYCutLab makes flat parts; 3D printing is a planned module.
- Copies of finished objects from a single photo — a photo has no depth or scale.
- Machine settings — power, speed, passes, blade pressure. They depend on your machine; always test.
- Moving mechanisms — hinges with pins, gears, living hinges and press-fit mechanisms are not generated.
- Toolpaths for CNC routers.
Needs more information
Sometimes the answer is Need a bit more detail with questions such as "How wide should it be?". Answer in a new request, for example "make it 200 mm wide".
What to do instead
- Break the idea into flat parts: a layered sign instead of a carved one, a box instead of a curved container.
- Draw the silhouette yourself with the pen tool, or trace a drawing.
- Start from a template and customise it.
