About this template
The rack is sized from the coaster size and your measured sheet thickness: inside width = coaster + 2 mm clearance per side, depth = six thicknesses + 3 mm.
Included features
- 1 to 12 identical coasters from 60 to 150 mm
- Circle, rounded square or hexagon outlines
- Centred engraved text (three licensed fonts) and/or an engraved border ring
- Optional finger-jointed holder rack with a finger-grip notch, sized from your measured thickness
- Cardstock version for cutting plotters (without the holder)
Limitations
- The holder needs a rigid material (plywood, MDF, acrylic) and laser cutting
- No cork backing, no inlays, no raster image engraving
- Hexagons are regular (width across corners = size)
