Modifying designs using natural language

Ask for a change

1. Open AI assistant in the left rail.
2. Optionally select the objects you mean. The panel shows Targets your selection.
3. Type the change and choose Propose changes (or press Ctrl+Enter).

Examples:

• "make the plaque 30 cm wide"
• "add six holes 5 mm around the edge"
• "change the text to Lake House"
• "put the text on the engrave layer"
• "switch to 3 mm acrylic"
• "make it for a Cricut"
• "make the box 250 mm wide with 5 compartments"

Review before applying

The proposal shows:

• N changes ready with what will be added, changed and removed, and each action in words.
• Assumed (check these) — values the assistant chose for you.
• Questions, when the request was ambiguous.
• Anything rejected, with the reason, and any errors the change would create.

Choose Apply to make the change, or Discard. Applied changes are one step in Undo.
