When your request is not a catalog item, the assistant drafts an original design from a small set of building blocks the studio understands.
Building blocks it can use
- Shapes — rectangles, rounded rectangles, circles, ellipses, polygons, slots and holes, at exact sizes and positions.
- Outlines — a closed silhouette (mountain, heart, star, arrow, cloud) drawn as points you can edit afterwards.
- Text — with a font, cap height and layer.
- Hole patterns — corners, along an edge, or around a shape, kept inside the material.
- Components — a finger-joint box, organizer, layered sign or coaster set with its dimensions and options.
- Settings — canvas size, material and thickness, and the fabrication process.
What happens to the draft
- The assistant returns a structured proposal, never a picture or a file.
- The proposal is translated into normal studio actions and applied to an empty canvas.
- The engine compiles and validates the result. Rejected actions are listed with the reason.
- You see the draft, the assumptions and any questions, and edit freely from there.
Why outlines are editable points
Silhouettes are returned as up to 400 points on the canvas, optionally smoothed into curves. That keeps them inspectable: switch to Edit nodes (N) to adjust the outline instead of regenerating the whole design.
