Print

  1. Open cut_files/cut-sheets-1to1.pdf for designs that fit one page, or the tiled PDF for larger designs.
  2. In the print dialog choose Actual size or Scale: 100 %.
  3. Turn off Fit to page, Shrink oversized pages and any "fit to printable area" option.
  4. Choose the paper size the PDF was made for (shown in the instructions).
  5. Print one page first.

Check the ruler

Measure the printed 100 mm check ruler with a ruler or calipers. If it is not 100 mm, the printer or dialog scaled the page — fix the setting and print again. Do not cut a template that fails this check.

Join tiled pages

  1. Print all pages at 100 %.
  2. Trim along one edge of each page, leaving the overlap on the neighbouring page.
  3. Line up the alignment marks; pages overlap by 10 mm on purpose.
  4. Tape on the back, then cut the shapes.
