Checks run on every design
- Parameters within each component's supported ranges, and material/process compatibility.
- Topology — closed outer contours, no self-intersections, holes fully inside parts, no overlapping cut-outs.
- Minimum feature size for your process and material.
- Dimensional relations — notch depth equals the thickness used, slot width equals thickness plus clearance, text inside its safe area.
- Cut lines — no line cut twice, no open paths on cut layers.
- Layout — every part fits the sheet or bed with margins, no overlaps, correct quantities.
- Files — the generated SVG and DXF are re-imported by an independent parser and compared with the design; PDF page sizes are verified.
What it does not mean
Validation does not certify your machine, its settings, the material's suitability, structural strength, or fitness for children, food contact or load-bearing use. The report in your package is labelled GEOMETRY_VALIDATED, deliberately not "machine certified". Always test-cut one part and inspect the result.
