Finding purchased projects

• My designs — filter by Purchased to see designs you bought files for.
• Orders — every order with its number, date, status and the revision it was for.
• Downloads — every package you can download.

Purchased revisions are frozen

A purchase belongs to one exact revision. If you keep editing, the studio saves new revisions, but your order still downloads the files of the revision you paid for. The order shows the revision number; the project instructions inside the package show it too, with the design fingerprint.

To make files for the edited design, generate files again — that is a new export of a new revision.

Signed in with a different e-mail?

Purchases belong to the account that paid. If you bought as a guest and signed in during checkout, the design and the order moved to that account. If you cannot find an order, check the e-mail receipt for the address used, sign in with it, or contact support with the order number from the receipt.
