Download
When the order is ready, choose Download on the order page, in the e-mail, or on Downloads. You receive one ZIP file named after your design.
Download links are private and short-lived for security. If a link has expired, open Downloads and choose Download again — a fresh link is created.
Open the ZIP
- Windows — right-click the file and choose Extract All.
- macOS — double-click the file.
- Tablets and phones — use the Files app; for cutting, move the files to the computer that runs your machine software.
Start with README.md and instructions/project-instructions.pdf. They list every file and the order to use them in.
What is inside
cut_files/— the files for your machine: SVG and DXF per sheet for lasers, SVG for cutters, PDFs for printing.instructions/— project instructions, a cutting checklist and, when your design has assembly information, an assembly guide.reports/— the validation report for this exact revision.LICENSE.txtandlicenses/— what you may do with the files, and the font licenses.
Every file names the design revision it was made from, so you can always match a printout or a cut part to the version you bought.
