Getting started

Create a design using AI

Describe what you want to make and get an editable first draft. Learn what the assistant can draw, what it assumes and how to check its work.

You can start a design by describing it in plain words, on the home page or on the create page. For example:

Mountain-shaped wooden wall sign, 300 mm wide, engraved "Cabin", two hanging holes

What happens

  1. The assistant reads your request and decides whether it is a catalog item (a box, organizer, name sign or coaster set) or an original flat design.
  2. It drafts the design as real studio objects: an outline on the cut layer, text, holes or a parametric component.
  3. The engine checks the draft like any other design. The assistant never produces final geometry on its own — it proposes objects, and the engine builds and validates them.
  4. The studio opens with the draft, and the assistant's assumptions are listed so you can check them.

Check the assumptions

If you did not give a size, thickness or hole diameter, the assistant picks a sensible default and tells you. Read those notes: a 3 mm plywood assumption is very different from 6 mm acrylic. See understanding AI assumptions.

Keep editing

Everything the assistant created is ordinary studio content. Move, resize, delete or retype anything, or ask for changes in the AI assistant panel: "make it 25 cm wide" or "add four holes in the corners". See editing with natural language.
